morning.

perfection.

Avoid people who point out
your faults all the time.

Hit the middle of the road
between self-centeredness
and self-neglect.

Look yourself eye-to-eye in
the mirror and tell yourself
that you are loving and
lovable.

Establish healthy rituals,
such as quiet reflections,
while you have a hot drink in
the mornings.

Always be who you are
instead of who others want
you to be.
